- Manufacturer-warranted products must be addressed directly with the manufacturer.
3. Refund Process
- Customers must contact Customer Service with the order number, product images, and issue details.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 6-8 business days.
4. Refund Method
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer or store credit after verification.
- Processing times may vary depending on bank policies.
5. Additional Terms
- Refunds may be denied if items do not meet return conditions.
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the issue is due to our error.
