1. Accepted Payment Methods
Domestic Orders (India)

- Net Banking (All major Indian banks)
- UPI Payments (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, etc.)
- Mobile Wallets (Paytm, Amazon Pay, PhonePe)
- Cash on Delivery (COD) (Available for select locations)
- Bank Transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS) (For bulk orders)
International Orders
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover)
- PayPal (For select countries)
- International Wire Transfer (For bulk/special orders)
All transactions are subject to verification and authorization by payment providers.
2. Pricing & Currency
- Domestic transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR).
- International payments may be processed in local currency based on exchange rates.
- Prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
3. Payment Processing & Confirmation
- Orders are processed after full payment confirmation, except for COD orders.
- Customers receive an order confirmation email upon successful payment.
- Payment failures require reattempting the transaction.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
- Available only in select locations within India.
- Full payment in cash must be made upon delivery.
- Additional COD charges may apply.
- Refused COD orders may lead to restrictions on future purchases.
5. Payment Security & Fraud Prevention
- Payments are processed through secure gateways with SSL encryption and PCI DSS compliance.
- We do not store card details; all transactions are handled by third-party providers.
- Suspicious transactions may lead to order cancellations and legal action if necessary.
6. Taxes & Additional Charges
- Indian orders include GST and applicable taxes.
- International orders may incur customs duties, VAT, and import taxes payable by the customer upon delivery.
7. Refunds for Failed Transactions
- In case of payment failure with a deduction, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

8. Cancellations & Refunds
- Refunds for canceled orders (before dispatch) are processed as per our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
- Refunds take 6-8 business days. Bank transfers may require additional details for processing.
9. Chargebacks & Disputes
- Report unauthorized transactions immediately.
- Fraudulent chargebacks may result in legal consequences or purchase restrictions.
